First days at Le Trantal
The counsellors for Sprouts Cooking Club have been busy prepping for the families to arrive today!
We’ve been prepping Le Trantal, the farm house where most people are staying, and everyone has been bustling around buying groceries and supplies, gathering kitchen equipment, and cleaning, all while enjoying the beautiful and scenic town of Lasalle. It’s great to have Laurie Ellen from Tartine Bakery and Jen Musty from Batter Bakery join the group last night!
Sorry for being cliché, but a picture really is worth a thousand words in this case!
[Arrived by train at Montpellier station, a little over an hour away from Lasalle]

These are great pics Tracy. I particularly like the one looking at the table from above with the open window. I get a sense a peace from it. Let Tony know I am full from drinking a whole lot of haterade right now. ;-)
Thanks Rich! I know exactly what you mean by the sense of peace. That was really how it was to wake up in a farm house in the French countryside!
Love your photos in the kitchen and glimpses of your meal. What an adorable farm house! Tres french, and I’m tres jealous. Can’t wait to join :)
Merci! Looking forward to our experiences together :)
