Teneo is a global advisory firm that provides strategic counsel to businesses and organizations around the world. Known for their expertise in navigating complex challenges, Teneo’s team is made up of dedicated professionals who embody the company’s commitment to excellence.

As part of an ongoing project to create corporate headshots for their Hong Kong office, I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Teneo to capture the essence of their team. The goal is to align each headshot with Teneo’s global look and feel, featuring a blurred urban background in cool blue tones. The placement of each individual slightly varies so their portrait backgrounds are not too uniform. On the other hand, the color tones and urban textures remain consistent for each shot.

At each photoshoot, I focused on working with each individual to elicit their best expressions, balancing professionalism with a friendly touch. I enjoy getting to know each team member through our conversations, learning about their roles at the company, background, and interests. Of course not everyone loves being in front of the camera, and it brightens my day to know I’ve helped someone enjoy the photoshoot process!

I regularly return to Teneo’s Hong Kong office to capture new hires, ensuring that their headshots seamlessly integrate with the existing collection. It’s lovely to see the team grow while getting to be there to meet a new team member. This ongoing project reflects my commitment to creating natural, impactful corporate headshots that represent each person authentically. Each image showcases their professionalism and the vibrant culture within the company.
